•Microsoft Windows Operating System. Windows 7 (or greater 8, 8.1, 10 etc) or Windows Server 2003 or greater

•30 MB HDD space for the installation and local data

•20-40 MB Memory for the WinScry Client Windows Service

•Microsoft .Net Framework 4

•Internet connectivity for the WinScry Client Console and the WinScry Client Windows Service (See Below)

•Complete File Access (Read Write Create Delete) for the installation folder.

Internet Connectivity: WinScry uses the internet to send SMTP ALERT emails and to communicate securely with the WinScry Web Service. In highly secure systems internet access may be blocked by the client (and rightly so) for applications other than the browser or for remote access. In those instances it will be necessary to negotiate these permissions with the client. See Troubleshooting for helpful information about how to diagnose problems.
